these are recipes I wanted to share with you.. because we have to start living healthy..

choices of meat are neverending - beef pastrami, smoked salmon, chicken grilled, ham..
then serve a salad on the side.. healthy salad greens brighten up any meal or it can be a meal itself..

I used Purefoods Chicken Burger, used very little oil to pan-fry the chicken burger; Cheddar cheese slices + egg salad (hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, condensed milk) + lettuce, tomato, cucumber.
A Saturday breakfast.. with coffee on the side and breakfast juice..

KANI SALAD lettuce, ripe mango slices, cucumber, crabsticks, tomatoes + Japanese mayo and wasabi.. toss them altogether.. no rho (fish eggs) available.. so ganyan lang yung pic.. :) |
