HEALTHY SANDWICHES AND SALADS

these are recipes I wanted to share with you.. because we have to start living healthy..

sandwiches are endlessly versatile - add whatever is in your pantry, fresh vegs, 
tangy dressing for an added zing..

choices of meat are neverending - beef pastrami, smoked salmon, chicken grilled, ham..

then serve a salad on the side.. healthy salad greens brighten up any meal or it can be a meal itself.. 

CHICKEN AND EGG SALAD SANDWICH ON BAGUETTE SLICES
 I used Purefoods Chicken Burger, used very little oil to pan-fry the chicken burger; Cheddar cheese slices + egg salad (hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, condensed milk) + lettuce, tomato, cucumber.

A Saturday breakfast.. with coffee on the side and breakfast juice..

 cold cut ham + lettuce + cream cheese (generously spread) + alfalfa sprouts (you can get it from any grocery naman yata or not?) I get my spices and fresh herbs from Unimart and Farmer's Market.. try this sandwich on wheaten bread.. 


KANI SALAD

lettuce, ripe mango slices, cucumber, crabsticks, tomatoes + Japanese mayo and wasabi.. toss them altogether..

no rho (fish eggs) available.. so ganyan lang yung pic.. :)



TUNA & HAM DOUBLE-DECKER SANDWICH

for my tuna spread recipe: tuna + a little bit of lemon juice freshly squeezed + mayonnaise + cucumber pickles + apple slices + celery + black pepper

sweet ham, cheese slices, favorite egg(it's called "fave egg" 'coz it's my daughter's fave way of cooking egg, egg omelette with fresh milk and Magnolia Quickmelt cheese)


generous amount of fresh veggies
